20 Year Glass Seal Warranty
VELUX unit skylights (models FS, VS, VSE, VSS, FCM, VCM, VCE, VCS) are covered by a 20-year warranty against internal fogging or obstruction caused by a failure of the hermetic seal — excluding breakage or cracks.

10 Year Product and Installation Warranty
VELUX roof windows, glass skylights, flat roof skylights, VMS, and flashings are guaranteed for 10 years against defects in materials and workmanship. 10-year hail breakage warranty on laminated glass skylights. (for models FS, VS, VSE, VSS, FCM, VCM, VCE, VCS)

20 Year Rigid Sun Tunnel Material Warranty
The material under normal interior environmental conditions will not splinter, yellow, darken, peel-off, blister, crack or develop any other surface deterioration reducing the reflectivity.

10 Year Workmanship Warranty
This warranty covers our original installation work on skylights and sun tunnels, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability. Please note that the warranty is limited to the original work completed by our team — any alterations, roofing changes, or subsequent work performed by others will void the workmanship coverage.
